Quality Systems Manager (FTC)

Join Valeo Foods UK as a Quality Systems Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing food safety and quality systems, managing customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Maintenance and communication of the site Food Safety and Quality Manual (FSQM) systems.
• Management of retail and consumer customer complaints system for the site and ensure responses and corrective actions are adequate and timely and reports are generated.
• To manage the generation of KPI reports for customers in line with their requirements.
• To ensure all systems are monitored in line with Customer COP requirements and that records of these activities are maintained in line with company, customer and legal requirements and incorporated into the internal audit system.
• Management of COA's for co-packed products and maintenance of traceability of incoming finished product
• Complete admin for the honey product list issuing and control.
• To produce routine and non-routine reports as required by Management.
• TACCP team member/leader and deputies for the team leader.
• Conduct regular 1:1's with direct reports and agree performance objectives and conduct appraisals.
