Requirements

• Provide technical assistance (advice and intervention) to production
• Carry out simple repairs in one (or more) technical area(s)
• Complete intervention reports
• Analyze and implement action plans during recurring breakdowns
• Carry out one-off simple, short-term modification operations
• Carry out simple repairs in one (or more) technical area(s)
• Carry out simple preventive maintenance operations
• Participate in the annual maintenance of your perimeter
• Ensure the availability of spare parts before carrying out preventive maintenance
• Propose optimizations of the frequency and duration of preventive maintenance operations
• Take charge of small improvements involving outside companies
• Actively participate in the area’s 5S
• Participate in QRQCs in your field of activity
• Treat red-tags and PA within its perimeter
• Propose/Be in charge of the evolution of maintenance ranges
• Ensure possible training of new operators, line drivers, toolmakers, maintenance operators
• Detect risky situations in terms of compliance and security, propose and carry out technical improvements
