Valeo is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead and champion quality initiatives at our facility, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction through robust quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations at the site
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce defects
- Oversee the creation, review, and control of all necessary Documentations related to quality processes, procedures, and records
- Utilize Project Management principles to plan, execute, and monitor quality-related projects
- Implement and manage effective Process Improvements strategies to optimize manufacturing and operational workflows
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure full Regulatory Compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
- Develop and implement proactive Risk Management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential quality risks
- Provide strong Team Management and leadership to the quality department
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality best practices
