System Engineer - Young Talent Accelerator Program

Requirements

• EU citizen or possibility to travel and work internationally (EU) without VISA
• Master Degree from a Technical university - max. up to 2 years after graduation
• Short experience abroad - working or study
• Previous short working experience during / after studies
• Above average study results (ideally 2.0 score and lower)
• High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms
• Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making
• Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
