Job Description
Join Valeo's 2-year Young Talent Accelerator Program as a Test Engineer and accelerate your career in Automated Driving and Electrification. You will work on test engineering, develop and validate testing processes, and gain international exposure. After the program, you will have opportunities to be absorbed into various functions like R&D, Industrial, Quality, or Project Management.
Requirements
- EU citizen or possibility to travel and work internationally (EU) without VISA
- Master Degree from a Technical university - max. up to 2 years after graduation (preferably in the field of electronics or mechatronics)
- Short experience abroad - working or study
- Previous short working experience during / after studies
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g. reports, specifications, presentations
- Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making
- Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
