Team Leader / Sr. Engineer - System Design

We are seeking a Team Leader / Sr. Engineer - System Design to manage a team of engineers and technicians, define qualifications and training plans, and contribute to the recruitment of department members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for proposing and following a budget for their team, deploying the engineering process, and ensuring the implementation of standards and robust design.
