Lead Product Manager

Valiant is an innovative, award-winning platform connecting Australian business owners with the finance they need to kick goals. We're looking for a motivated and user-centric Product Lead to join our small, fast-moving Enterprise technology team and help us continue to build and innovate our award-winning platform.

Requirements

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for a key area of our platform
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives and projects based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Develop a deep understanding of our users, the market, and the competitive landscape
• Define and analyse metrics to measure the success of your products
• Author clear and concise user stories, requirements and product documentation
• Utilise AI tools to rapidly design and prototype and accelerate product development process
• Participate in product lifecycle rituals and help remove blockers to ensure the team can execute quickly
• Champion a customer-first, product-led mindset across the organisation
