Job Description
Valinor is hiring a Head of DeFi Markets to own the strategy, partnerships, and operational execution required to bring Valinor's credit products into DeFi. The role is a hands-on, high-autonomy position that requires a strong understanding of DeFi primitives, institutional credit, and structured thinking.
Requirements
- Determine how Valinor's credit products get packaged and deployed onchain
- Evaluate new product forms at the intersection of institutional credit and DeFi primitives
- Own the evaluation and selection of onchain infrastructure partners
- Serve as Valinor's primary point of contact across the DeFi credit ecosystem
