Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Case Manager to provide targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitative services to support clients in residential settings. The successful candidate will utilize evidence-based practices, meet fiscal responsibilities, and ensure regulatory compliance and organizational standards are met.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Case Manager certification
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Current driver’s license
