Case Manager Swing Shift | Valley Steps

Case Managers provide psychosocial rehabilitative services to support clients in meeting their individualized goals, while following Medicaid manual and Valley's standards. They work with clients to identify case management goals and complete documentation on services provided.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Case Manager certification (within 90 days)
• CPR certification
• Valley de-escalation certification
• Current driver's license (if applicable)
