Job Description
The Residential Case Manager provides targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitative services to support clients in residential settings to meet their individualized goals.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- None experience required
- Case Manager certification (post hire if needed)
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license
