The Case Manager I provides targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitative services to support clients in meeting their individualized goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and meeting regulatory compliance and organizational standards.

• Case Manager certification
• CPR certification
• Valley de-escalation certification
