Bakery - Pastry Cook II

We are seeking a Pastry Cook II to join our team at Valley View Casino & Hotel. As a Pastry Cook II, you will be responsible for the production of pastry related products and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work under general supervision and have a general knowledge of how to prepare all base products and prepare all pastry related base products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of pastry/baking experience
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of baking and pastry preparation
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to speak and understand the English language
