The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for implementing and ensuring that the operations of Maintenance Team Members are efficient and productive in completing assigned projects and duties in compliance with Company standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of journeyman apprenticeship or trade certification in HVAC/R, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Kitchen Equipment or two years of supervisory or management experience in a maintenance field
- Knowledge of advanced concepts, practices and procedures in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or commercial flooring
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure and technical manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team Members of organization
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
