Requirements
- Provide Tier I help desk support for EHR-related issues (phone, email, ticketing system)
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues such as user access, navigation, and basic workflows
- Document incidents, steps taken, and resolutions clearly and accurately
- Escalate complex issues following established support processes
- Support new hire onboarding and EHR orientation
- Provide one-on-one and small group training, including workflow guidance
- Create and maintain job aids, knowledge base articles, and training materials
- Communicate clearly with users on issue status and expected timelines
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards
- Meet established help desk performance metrics and service expectations
