Job Description
EHR Support Specialist provides technical support to the EHR system users via phone, remote access, video and/or in-person. Assists with training end-users and supports system upgrades and implementations.
Requirements
- Answer application functionality questions from managers and clinical staff
- Create and maintain user accounts in the EHR
- Create and modify specific sections in the EHR
