High School Diploma or equivalent, CNA licensure, 1+ years experience with elderly/disabled populations, First Aid/BLS Certification, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently
Activity Coordinator
High school diploma or equivalent required, 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred, and national certification in activity programming preferred
PHYSICIAN
Board-certified or board-eligible physician with experience working with older adults and a passion for clinical education
Culinarian
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in food service, valid Food Handler's License
RN - Nurse Coordinator
1 year of healthcare experience, RN license, CPR and First Aid certification
Recreation Therapist
BS in Recreation/Therapeutic Recreation, CTRS, and 1-2 years of experience
RN - Nurse Coordinator (PT)
One year of healthcare experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
Schedule Navigator
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 2 years of office related experience, 1-year experience working with the frail or elderly preferred
Recreation and Wellness Coordinator
Previous experience in Recreation Therapy or Wellness, high school diploma, and 1-2 years of healthcare experience
Appointment Companion
High school diploma, 1+ year of experience with frail or elderly population, and knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office applications required
