Job Description
Join Our Team at Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Regional Director of Operations to lead and support clinic operations across our San Luis Valley region. In this role, you’ll provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to regional leadership while driving performance across patient care, employee engagement, and financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of operations experience
- Strong leadership experience
- Financial and business acumen
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
