Job Description

The Regional Director of Operations will lead our Maryland, DC and West Virginia Clinics, overseeing clinical, operational and financial performance, and delivering measurable outcomes across quality, compliance, and financial benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
- Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
- Adept at driving cultural transformation, team engagement, and measurable outcomes.
- Willingness to travel 75%.
