Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager to supervise the profitable and safe operation of our manufacturing function in a growth environment. The position involves supervising employees, maintaining good management/employee relations, recommending new equipment, controlling plant costs, and implementing safety programs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor in a metal fabrication environment
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• College Degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of IFS or MRP/ERP Systems and good computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Lean Daily Management, Managing for Daily Improvement, SQDC Board/Hour by Hour (Performance Board) Experience
• Lean Kaizen/Operation Excellence/Continuous Improvement Shop Floor Experience
• Experience with kitting operations
