Shift Supervisor 2nd Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for the Shift Supervisor position in the Global Coating Division. The successful candidate will supervise, train, motivate, and mentor approximately 20-40 production employees within the Galvanizing facility.

Requirements

• Implement and assign work schedule to maximize utilization of manpower, machines, and equipment
• Defines expected production standards and monitors performance standards of assigned personnel
• Observe assigned personnel to ensure the proper operation of assigned equipment
• Ensure inspection checks and quality assurance are occurring to produce high quality products
• Promote a continuous productivity improvement climate that encourages suggestions for operational improvement
• Administer and support company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
• Train new employees about divisional and organizational activities and safety policies and procedures
