Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) has an important operational and strategic role within the organization and is responsible for using HR capabilities to support and drive the organizational goals in a consistent and compliant way.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5-10 years of proven and demonstrable HR business partnering experience across varied areas of HR, with sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, procedures, legislation and best practice
- Experience working within an international environment, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
