We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our regional operations in Europe based in Paris. The role is responsible for translating enterprise HR priorities into effective local execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and applicable employment legislation.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR practices
- Experience supporting the establishment and ongoing management of Works Councils
- Experience working within a multinational or global organization
- Professional HR certification is a plus
