Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR and business partnership
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR initiatives to strategic and financial outcomes
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach balancing people and business needs
- Analytical and innovation-driven mindset with experience in using data to support decision making
- Knowledge of French labor law and experience supporting multi-country international HR topics
