Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Engineer to join a leading team in building services. This role offers flexibility, with options for both permanent and contract employment, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with HVAC systems, including HIUs, FCUs, and MVHR units.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating systems.
- Relevant technical certifications in plumbing, heating, or HVAC.
- F-Gas certification is highly desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and familiarity with London's road network.
- Registered under CIS, with valid UTR and NIN numbers.
- Proficient in written and verbal English for accurate reporting and client communication.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and maintenance standards.
