We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team on a permanent basis. This role plays a key part in managing project costs, ensuring financial control, and supporting successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost control, reporting, and BOQ preparation within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of industry contracts and construction regulations.
