Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our Head Office in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial control, and contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects within the education and healthcare sectors.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of cost control principles, estimating best practices, and contract management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and MS Project
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
