We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive strategic outbound growth and build a high-quality pipeline for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role focused on proactive account penetration, multi-channel prospecting, and disciplined opportunity qualification.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of outbound BDR/SDR or SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated success in consistently generating a qualified pipeline
- Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers
- Strong cold prospecting capabilities and account penetration skills
- Experience executing multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Ability to balance activity volume with thoughtful account strategy
- Strong qualification skills and ability to quickly identify business pain points
