Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help fuel Claio's growth in the health and dental industry. As a BDR, you'll research target accounts, execute outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and book meetings for our sales team.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets
• Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging
• Self-starter mentality. Comfortable with ambiguity and a startup pace
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, dental, or health tech sales
