Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, deploying AI agents into real workflows and shaping product direction based on real customer usage and outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience deploying products in real customer environments
• Comfort working across backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML services
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or AI agents
• Ability to translate messy real-world requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills
