Job Description
The Go-To-Market Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the technical infrastructure behind Ampliphi's revenue engine, working in a hybrid model in Toronto, Canada. This hands-on builder role involves CRM architecture, automation workflows, enrichment pipelines, outbound infrastructure, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, Sales Ops, or similar role
- Strong experience with HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce
- Understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
