Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and executing high-end experiences (luxury hospitality, large-scale events, experiential marketing)
- Demonstrated experience supporting events ranging from intimate VIP gatherings to large conferences (5,000+ attendees)
- Strengths in creative vision (experience design) and execution (logistics, details, operations)
- Portfolio of work demonstrating high-end, curated experiences
- Experience with BEOs, rooming lists, seating charts, and hospitality logistics
- Strong Excel skills (tracking, planning, attendee management)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
- Ability to build presentations, mood boards, and experience concepts
