Pricing Analyst Senior

Join Valvoline Global Operations as a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategy development and execution for assigned business areas. The role drives profitable growth through advanced analytics, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration, directly impacting revenue, margin, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field preferred
• 5–8+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analytics
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex analytical work and business initiatives
• Strong financial and business acumen, with clear understanding of pricing impacts on P&L performance
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SQL, SAP, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred
• Experience working with SalesForce, CPQ, PriceFX or other pricing software is strongly preferred
• Experience with large datasets and data visualization techniques
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior business leaders
• Experience managing or supporting pricing programs (rebates, discounts, contracts) preferred
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
