Job Description
Van der Valk Germany is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage department and provide an unforgettable culinary experience to guests.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the restaurant/hotel industry
- Several years of experience in the service industry
- Ability to lead and guide employees
- Good hospitality and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Service orientation, communication skills, reliability, and flexibility
- Emotional stability and a pleasant demeanor even under pressure
- Willingness to adapt to new processes
- Identification with the company's goals and participation in their implementation
