Chef de Partie (mwd) Buffet

As a Buffet Chef de Partie, you are responsible for preparing and cooking food in the buffet area of our evening restaurant. You ensure that food is prepared to high standards of hygiene and that guests are satisfied. You have the opportunity to demonstrate your culinary skills and bring new culinary ideas to the table.

Requirements

• A completed training as a chef or cook in the hotel industry or gastronomy, as well as at least two years of professional experience
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position in upscale gastronomy
• A coordinated way of working
• Reliability, friendly and safe appearance, and a guest-oriented way of working
• Creativity and passion for preparing high-quality food
• Teamwork and good communication
