As Sous Chef, you will support the head chef in organizing and leading the kitchen team, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. You will be responsible for supporting the head chef in developing and implementing menus and buffets, monitoring food quality and presentation, leading the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, ordering supplies, and creating a work schedule.
