Van der Valk Hotel Venlo is looking for an Assistant F&B Director to lead a large F&B team, improve processes, and develop guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership F&B role within the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A result-oriented approach with an eye for detail and guest experience
- Decision-making and calmness, even during peak moments
- Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams
- Availability for at least 38 hours per week
