Social Performance Specialist

We are Vandebron. Our journey began in 2014 with Chapter 1 of the energy transition, where we wanted to make the market more transparent by connecting consumers directly with local, green energy producers. Now, in Chapter 2, we are working to make 100% green energy available 100% of the time. We're looking for a Social Performance Specialist to join our in-house content team and help us grow our organic social channels.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a social-first, content, or digital marketing role
• Experience with organic social channels and platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• A strong understanding of content performance: you know how social works and translate data into concrete improvements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in Dutch and preferably also in English

• Salary based on work experience, between €3,300 and €3,750 gross per hour
