Senior Controls Support Engineer

As a Senior Controls Support Engineer, you will work with our in-house developed FSC software, traveling to customer sites to provide immediate value and solve problems. You will manage complex incidents, identify improvements, and stay updated on the latest developments in the discipline.

Requirements

• Manage complex, often multidisciplinary incidents, problems, and changes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations (internal and external), and encourage collaboration between colleagues, departments, and customers.
• Identify improvements in processes and products (e.g., tools and technologies).
