Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles with customer interaction
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field like IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related/similar technical field
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to perform well under pressure, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Sharp, analytical mindset
- Working knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL4 certification is a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Overall knowledge regarding OT, IT Infrastructure, IT Software, Release management, Risk management
