CRM Product Manager

We are seeking a CRM Product Manager to own and advance Vanguard's Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, shape new digital channels, and lead the development of Co-Pilot workflows. The role focuses on optimizing existing CRM capabilities, improving workflows, and leading the buildout of Microsoft Copilot and related AI-enabled extensions.
