Vanta is looking for a Manager of Account Management to lead and support a team of highly motivated and ambitious Account Managers during a period of rapid-growth. The primary task is to ensure Vanta hits its lofty GDR and NRR targets and shape the Account Management organization as it continues to scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in B2B Saas
- 3+ years of sales or post-sales management/leadership experience at a Saas business
- Experience managing and scaling teams that sell multiple products into multiple personas
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software
- Intellectual curiosity to want to learn about the world of governance, risk and compliance
