Senior Director, Enterprise Engineering

The Senior Director of Enterprise Engineering will lead the company's IT strategy, supporting a remote-first workforce and five global offices, and ensure systems, tools, and workflows are modern, secure, and efficient.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT or Systems Engineering, with at least 5 years leading global, multi-function teams.
• Proven track record developing IT strategies and scaling technology operations for a remote or hybrid workforce.
• Deep experience managing enterprise SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Jira).
• Strong understanding of system integration, workflow automation, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Security, Procurement, and Go-To-Market Systems.
• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company strongly preferred.
