As a Senior People Enablement Program Manager, you will design, deliver, and scale leadership development programs that equip leaders at all levels to grow high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in People Enablement, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling manager or leadership development programs in a high growth environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and modern learning modalities.
- Experience leveraging digital learning tools to enhance or automate learning experiences.
- Ability to apply data and feedback to evaluate program impact and make informed improvements.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across multiple functions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver in a fast moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development, Business or related field
- Preferred: Certifications such as Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, DISC, Hogan, StrengthsFinder, Prosci or related discipline
