Job Description
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead two high-performing engineering teams and shape the future of how enterprise customers interact with their compliance data. You'll build and scale teams, drive execution on multiple strategic initiatives, and set technical direction for data products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role
- Proven experience managing 10-15+ engineers across multiple teams or product areas
- Strong technical depth and ability to guide data infrastructure and product architecture decisions
