Superintendent, Tenant Interiors

We are searching for a detail-oriented Superintendent with 5-10 years’ experience in commercial construction interior tenant fit-outs.

Requirements

• Assists in developing a project mobilization plan as well as reviews the plans and specs for scope and constructability
• Develops, monitors, and executes the most efficient means, methods, and techniques of performing work in coordination with the internal project management team
• Develops and maintains harmonious relations with owner representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and various jurisdictional inspectors
