Assistant Branch Manager

Assist the Branch Manager with the daily management of branch operations and associates to ensure sales, growth, and profit objectives. Delegate portion of authority when necessary but may neither delegate overall responsibility for results nor any portion of accountability. Leads team to provide superior service to members.

Requirements

• Possesses an exceptional knowledge of banking/credit union operations and sales leadership.
• Strong grasp of branch operations and can plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, and direct staff to accomplish outstanding work or meet Member volume demands.
• Expresses self honestly, positively, and professionally in both oral and written communication.
• Interacts professionally and positively with Members and staff at all levels cultivating positive relationships that further the goals of the credit union and meet Member needs.
• Possesses keen sense of ownership and responsibility for branch sales and operations.
• Strong ability to motivate staff and cultivate a collaborative organization by clearly communicating credit union strategies, mission, and vision.
• Excellent decision-making abilities required.
• Committed to the credit unions Culture Code shared convictions.
