Assists the Branch Manager with daily management of branch operations, sales, and growth objectives. Leads team to provide superior service to members and assists with reporting, adherence to operational procedures, and staff management.
Requirements
- Possesses an exceptional knowledge of banking/credit union operations and sales leadership.
- Time Management: possesses a strong grasp of branch operations and can plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, and direct staff to accomplish outstanding work or meet Member volume demands.
- Communication: expresses self honestly, positively, and professionally in both oral and written communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: interacts professionally and positively with Members and staff at all levels cultivating positive relationships that further the goals of the credit union and meet Member needs.
- Dependability: possesses keen sense of ownership and responsibility for branch sales and operations.
- Leadership: possesses strong ability to motivate staff and cultivate a collaborative organization by clearly communicating credit union strategies, mission, and vision.
