Member Care Representative responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to live chat conversations and email requests, identifying referral options, and resolving member complaints while providing excellent member service.
Requirements
- Above average written and oral communication skills
- Good math aptitude
- Sensitive to executive etiquette and protocol
- Proficient with various computer software programs and experienced with operating automated and standard office equipment
