Capital Markets Manager, APAC

The Manager, Debt Capital Raising is responsible for supporting the execution of debt financing activities and capital markets initiatives. This role works closely with treasury, finance, legal, and external financial partners to assist in structuring and executing debt transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting capital planning efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education
• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or capital markets roles
• Knowledge of debt capital markets, financing structures, and financial instruments
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional and global teams
